Evan Fraser, Food from Thoughts Scientific Director has authored a new book in partnership with Ian Mosby (Ryerson University) and Sara Rotz (York University). Uncertain Harvest examines the global future of food, asking scientists, activists, farmers, engineers, and chefs working on the future of food, how to build an equitable, safe, sustainable, and plentiful food future.  The authors explore eight foods they believe can save us: algae, caribou, kale, millet, tuna, crickets, milk, and rice.  More information on Uncertain Harvest and the authors can be found here.
