The food security initiative, Feeding 9 Billion, has a newly re-launched and refreshed website. Based out of the University of Guelph, the initiative provides insight, outreach and education around issues of food, agriculture and hunger globally. Feeding 9 Billion was launched and continues to be led by Food from Thought’s scientific director and the director of the Arrell Food Institute, Evan Fraser.
Feeding 9 Billion leads many interactive, educational tools for informing people about food security issues, including a graphic novel, illustrated series, and its award-winning card game.
