Data Management Plan Workshops

As Canada’s food university, the University of Guelph is committed to being a steward of agri-food data. Two of U of G’s agri-food funding sources, the Ontario Agri-Food Innovation Alliance and the Food from Thought (FfT) initiative, require a data management plan (DMP) as part of the program requirements. A data management plan can help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of a research project as well as help prepare data for preservation and sharing.

The Ontario Agri-Food Innovation Alliance is hosting DMP workshops to provide an overview of DMPs and discuss strategies and resources in the McLaughlin Library Scholar’s Studio (S2).
